JOB TITLE: Global Product Manager – Women’s Health
DEPARTMENT: Global Marketing
REPORTING TO: Global Brand Manager
LOCATION: Hoofddorp, the Netherlands
General summary of role:
The role consists in managing not just a drug but a major medical breakthrough in the history of Women’s Health and rights, that Nordic Pharma strives to make available to more women worldwide. The position also offers the opportunity to manage a medical device in full autonomy.
The mission of the Global Product Manager involves a close collaboration with the Global Brand Manager in defining and implementing the marketing action plan in line with the objectives of the company and the needs of Affiliates/Distributors, to ultimately enhance product sales and profitability worldwide.
The Global Product Manager reports to the Global Brand Manager, who in turn reports to the Global Marketing Director.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Develop the international brand plan and promotional materials for Affiliates/Distributors and ensure their internal approval
- Reinforce digital marketing projects and multichannel communication
- Support local marketing and sales activities in the implementation of the global strategy
- Organize and conduct international meetings
- Collaborate with external agencies to move projects forward
- Coordinate the organization and attendance at international congresses
- Manage international KOLs and engage them in the company’s projects
- Ensure medico-regulatory-logistic-marketing coordination around products
- Manage product lifecycle
- Manage your marketing budget
Qualifications, experience, and skills required:
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or Biomedical Sciences
- International profile with a similar previous experience
- Digital and operational marketing
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- English proficiency (minimum C1 level)
- Organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time, attention to detail
- Highly motivated with team spirit and can-do attitude
